Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Try out this cool and fresh summer treat! Perfect for bar-b-ques, picnics, appetizers and snack time.


1 lb. strawberries

4-6 kiwi

3-4 granny smith apples

2 t. lime juice

3 T. orange marmalade or strawberry jam

*Optional fruit to include: Mango, raspberries or blueberries

9-8 inch flour tortillas

1/2 c sugar

1 T. Cinnamon

Rinse and dry fruit. Dice strawberries. Peel kiwi then dice and add to strawberries. Peel and core apples and add to other fruit. Add lime juice and jam or marmalade. Stir lightly to combine and allow to sit for 30 minutes while you make the cinnamon chips.

Meanwhile, Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine sugar and cinnamon and stir until combined. Cut tortillas into 12 triangles and place flat on parchment paper lined baking sheets. Spritz with cooking spray or water and sprinkle right away with cinnamon sugar mixture. Place in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until slightly browned and crispy. Remove from baking sheet and allow to cool. Serve with Fruit salsa.
