Crab Salad

This light and refreshing crab salad is so easy to make and can be served with crackers, eaten in a lettuce wrap, tortilla, pita or by itself.
Ingredients:
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. chopped celery
¼ c. chopped red bell pepper
¼ c sour cream
1 T. chopped green onion
¼ t. dill weed
1 t. pepper
½ t. Old Bay seasoning
1 t. lemon juice
1 c. imitation crab chopped
½ t. Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Chop veggies and crab. Combine with remaining ingredients.
Alternate use:
Crab Cheese Ball
Combine 1/2 the recipe with 1 8 oz. package cream cheese and 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Serve with crackers.
