My Story

Monika Morriss spent most of her professional career in banking and then took a break to raise three sons. She returned to work as a caregiver and now looks forward to welcoming and helping all the amazing patients at All In Physical Therapy. Her zest for adventure is only paled in comparison by the love she shares with her husband and three sons. Monika thrives on adventure and laughter, bringing energy and curiosity to everything she does.

You will often find her snow skiing, riding dirt bikes, water skiing, or paddleboarding. Monika's love of excitement extends to snorkeling, zip lining and repelling whenever the opportunity arises. She loves being a boy mom whether it's cheering at baseball games, skateboarding, riding electric scooters or catching frogs, crabs, or starfish. Exploring new places and activities with her family is what she loves most. For nearly a decade she has enjoyed coaching the high school ski team in her hometown of Nampa, Idaho. If she had one wish, she would make 10 versions of herself so she can experience everything life has to offer and if she had two wishes she would go to every MLB stadium in the nation to see a baseball game.

Through every chapter of her life—from her years in banking and raising three sons to caregiving and coaching—Monika’s greatest joy remains sharing adventure with her husband and boys. Their love and laughter inspire her to bring the same warmth and enthusiasm to her work at All In Physical Therapy, where she looks forward to helping every patient feel welcomed and cared for.
