Your first vist will last approximately one hour and will include a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and applicable treatment plan as determined by a qualfied, licensed physical therapist. Your therapist will review your medical history, current health and any recent injuries that may have contributed to your current condition. The evaluation will include a thorough examination of your range of motion, strength, balance, posture, and function. Following diagnosis, we will work on an appropriate treatment plan together, including a home exercise program and follow up schedule.

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to your initial appointment to fill out paperwork.

The only way to cancel or change your appointment is to call our clinic at 208-515-7575 and speak to our receptionists. Emailing, contacting through the website or contacting your therapist directly will not guarantee that your message will be received. The cost of your treament plan will depend on your diagnosis, your individual needs, and your insurance plan. We will verify your insurance benefits before beginning treatment. We will help you understand your insurance copay, deductible and payment plan. Please see our Insurance tab for more information.

Self Pay-We offer discounted rates to accommodate individuals that do not carry private health insurance or have catastrophic coverage only. Please contact our office to find out what options are available.
