Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza

2 Chicken Breasts

½ c. Caesar Salad Dressing

1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened

1 red bell pepper

½ c. + 2 T. grated parmesan cheese

Romaine lettuce, shredded

croutons

1 pizza crust*


Cook chicken as desired. Allow to cool. Shred or chop 1 chicken breast and place in a bowl with ½ c. salad dressing, cream cheese, and ½ c. parmesan cheese. Chop red bell pepper and add to mixture. Combine completely. Spread on top of pizza crust. Slice 2nd chicken breast thinly. Top cream cheese mixture with shredded lettuce, sliced chicken, and croutons. Drizzle a little more Salad Dressing on top, cut and serve.


*Note-Make your own pizza crust, buy a prepared crust, use frozen or refrigerated crust. It is up to you what kind of crust you like.
