Ingredients:
½ c. honey
¼ c. soy sauce
1-3 T. Sriracha Sauce*
¼ c. lime juice
3 T. unsalted butter
Tony’s Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
4-6 salmon fillets
Directions:
Season salmon on both sides lightly with Tony’s Chachere’s Creole Seasoning (we like the More Spice Variety). In skillet on medium heat, melt the butter and brown the salmon on both sides. While the salmon is cooking, combine honey, soy sauce, lime juice and Sriracha sauce to desired heat in small bowl and whisk to combine. Once salmon is browned on both sides and cooked almost through, pour sauce over salmon and spoon sauce over each piece of salmon to glaze. Allow to cook completely and the sauce is thickened. Serve over rice with steamed or grilled veggies.
*Sriracha sauce is what makes this recipe spicy. A little can go a long way. Add more for more heat
