**********************************************************UPDATE*********************************************************Happy Spring Friends, Family and Patients,
If you have been to the clinic recently you will have noticed that we have lifted the mask request for patients and those visitng our clinic. While we are not requiring masks at this time, if you feel more comfortable with us wearing one, please let us know and we will gladly honor the request. Likewise, if you would prefer to be in a separate area during treatment to distance from other patients and employees who may not be wearing a mask, please let Jim know when you schedule so that we can accomodate you.

**********************************************************UPDATE*********************************************************
Hello Friends, Family and Wonderful Patients,
We find ourselves in an evolving health situation. We are seeing a resurgence of COVID-19 cases and many in our area are becoming ill. Given the increase in cases in the Treasure Valley and the current strain on our health care system, we are going to ask patients and others who come to our clinic to wear masks and social distance when possible, effective immediately. In addition, we ask that you not bring extra people with you to your appointment, unless they are parents or support personnel. Any extra guests will be asked to wait in the lobby area or in vehicles/cars.
We will be making every effort we can to space patients physically in the clinic. We will continue to have hand sanitizer and hand washing options available, as well as masks in case you forget.
We are committed to doing all we can to help keep our community safe. We appreciate our patients and your willingness to assist us in this endeavor. If you have any questions please feel free to call the clinic or email us via the website.
Sincerely,
Jason, Jim and Angeline

Hello patients, family and friends! We are hoping this finds you healthy and managing your way through this challenging time. As it has always been, our primary concern at All In Physical Therapy is the health and welfare of our patients. During the COVID-19 crisis we have maintained that in updating our policies to best help all those around us, including patients and staff. Often we have to look at the big picture and our policies have to change to suit the needs of everyone around us and follow guidelines provided by our government officials. We have modified our protocols to better serve the needs of our patients in this climate. And once again we are needing to make adjustments at our clinic to comply and to better serve those in our care.
The Central District Health office in conjunction with local elected officials declared a mandatory use of facial coverings in Ada County starting July 15, 2020; “Every person is required to wear a face covering…when the person is in a public place and others are present and physical distancing of 6 feet cannot be maintained.” Per the Emergency Quarantine and Restriction Order. Some individual circumstances are exempt this requirement. Please find the list on the Central District Health website at CDC Order.
We appreciate your efforts to help us. We know that wearing masks can be inconvenient and annoying at times, but we ask that you help us to help the community by complying with this new change. We will have a limited supply of masks available at the clinic, and we would ask, that if possible, you bring your own. If you have questions prior to your appointment please contact our office at 208-515-7575.

With the final stage of reopening approaching, as per Governor Little’s plan, we want to reassure our patients that we will continue to be mindful of protecting our patients and staff. We will be continuing frequent cleaning and have sanitizing stations available throughout the clinic. Our first priority is to treat our patients to help them return to their normal activities, as well as, keep them safe in this environment.
We would like to remind you that if you are feeling sick or have been exposed to someone who has been infected with COVID-19, please stay at home and recover. We will be here to help you when you are feeling better.

That means no copays for physical therapy and office visits between May 11, 2020 to at least September 30, 2020. For more information please visit our blog post at www.allinphysicaltherapy.com. **********************************************************Update**********************************************************
On Wednesday Governor Little introduced a statewide stay-home order. In the order it specifies healthcare facilities such as ours stay open. It further distinguishes people at higher risk (over 65 and/or health-compromised) should avoid leaving their homes. With this directive, we have proactively postponed treatment on these at-risk patients. But, as directed, we are continuing to see patients that are not in this category, as they feel appropriate.

Our hours of operation will vary. We will be responding to phone calls or emails throughout the day. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.

Your All In team.

In response to coronavirus and seasonal flu issues:

We recognize this is a serious situation, but do not want to panic either. Many large events have now been postponed to reduce public gatherings – that’s the right response! However, pain issues and being too sedentary can actually increase your odds of getting sick, so we will continue to help you with more hygienic protocol, modified scheduling to reduce the number of people in the clinic at one time and a safe treatment environment.

All that to say, we are still open and still taking patients while adding the extra cleaning and health protocols as follows:
-
We have provided hand sanitizer stations located all around the clinic for patients and employees to use before, during and after treatments. We are also requesting patients use sanitizer or wash their hands as they come in for their appointments and as they leave.
-
We are taking temperatures for all patients as they enter the clinic. All employees are taking their temperatures daily.
-
We are cleaning high traffic areas more frequent cleaning and disinfecting tables, tools and equipment to meet CDC guidelines.
-
We offer private treatment rooms for those who wish to be separated or are anxious to be coming to the clinic.
-
We are focusing on social distancing by limiting the number of patients in the clinic at the same time and keeping patients appropriately spaced.
At All In Physical Therapy, LLC we are committed to helping each and every one of our patients continue to heal and gain strength through this situation. We will do all we can to ensure each person is comfortable and safe.

If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact the clinic directly at 208-515-7575.

We appreciate all of our patients , family and friends. Please know we are prepared to do all we can through this interesting time.

Sincerely,
Jason Allred, DPT and Jimmy Burnett, CPC, owners and co-founders
